Krea (Knowledge-based Recycling of Electrical and Electronic Apparatuses)

The new KREA project, in collaboration with University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Materials Engineering and Environment Department, has been presented to a special commission in order to evaluate the chance to activate a spin-off aimed at factory creation.
University research, which is developing new techniques for re-use of materials coming from electrical and electronical equipments, is at the root of the KREA project. Thanks to the cooperation with companies like Relight, the project aims to transfer this technological know-how from a scientific to an industrial level.
